Kelsie Copper is a brave, fierce woman who has a penchant for beautiful ladies and defying societal norms. She's the type of character who quickly starts to feel like an old friend. The pacing moves quickly through the story, and has some fun, unexpected twists! The people Kelsie meets along the way are not the standard fantasy faire, but a fresh and interesting collection of creatures. Claire Agincourt has a beautiful imagination, and I can't wait to see what else she has in store for Kelsie!

You get to know the main character By Amazon Customer For a first novella this is a really great effort. You get to know the main character, Kelsie Copper, pretty well within the first few pages without having to spend forever on character descriptions like some books. The story is fast paced and interesting. There's a couple of tangents which veer away from the main story line which keeps you wanting more, and wanting to find out about how it all ends. There's a really hilarious part with a man called Harry where I laughed out loud, and some pretty sexy scenes with the woman of distinction. I'm very much looking forward to the next book which is in the making, and learning more about Kelsie and the magical world through which she travels.
