2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Great Book! Awesome multi-author project! By Gary & Rochelle I love the idea of a multi-author project like the Paradisi Chronicles. First Watch is the first I've read in that series and it's a great read, I found it hard to put it down and finished it in 2 days. I look forward reading more of this series and seeing this universe grow and expand.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Fast paced By Fistybee I gave this five stars because it was a fun read. Easy to do on a lazy afternoon. I have read other works by Auburn and can say that her craft is getting better and better. Since I read a lot, I am pretty good at figuring out what's coming. One of the things I liked best was that she threw me a curve ball. I didn't see it coming! That was awesome! Would really like to see more of this story line from her. So if you have a free afternoon, sit down and read this story, it will be worth your time.

The story of Levra, Gunnar and their son Enric. Gunnar goes into outer space while Levra and Enric stay at home. When Gunnar returns home, he is a changed man. When he goes to space again, Levra and Enric with him. Eric is unable to talk or communicate without the help of his friend who is psychic.Levra is interested in native studies and their special gifts of healing, communicating and many more. Gunnar is under special orders and wants to use the natives for their talents. To tell you more would ruin your reading of the book.This was a free book from Goodreads.
