About the Author
Nick Braker graduated with a BS in computing science from the University of Evansville before launching a career in computer programming, engineering, and management. Married and a father of two, Braker is also an avid table tennis player and role playing gamer.
Paul E. Hicks earned a BS degree in both computer science and mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently working as an IT manager and a tae kwon do instructor, he is married with one son.

If the authors were aiming to emulate the golden age of science fiction they hit the target dead center. The premise is the usual boys meet girls, save humanity but the concept of the threat and resolution I had not previously encountered. All in all, a good quick read even for the enormous 168,000 words.

By Jim Guyer Nick Braker and Paul Hicks have come up with a mind bending tale of Earth's impending domination by an alien race and the small team of young people who are trying to avert it. The characters and their interchanges are so believable that, as you read the book, you will begin to think it is about people you actually know. The back drop story is ingenious and one that I have never seen in Sci-fi before. This is one not to be missed.

A story of a man's deep love for a woman who was taken from him just as he finally found love. As the story continues on, the reader learns there was more to her death. So much more! Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy. You won't be disappointed!
