The best part of reading a book is when you pick it up and open for the first time. First line of first paragraph should draw you in and further in until you realise you are immersed in this wonderful world the author has created .....then " Hey! Where did the time go? I'm halfway through " The best part of Stuart G. Yates is HE is responsible for keeping you hooked!Unflinching is one of those books that won't let you go...you are captivated by every morsel of character and plot that when finished a sense of sadness looms......so much so that I need to get into my ime machine and start all over again! Brilliant!
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Unflinching: A Western - great read By Leo J. Ward Unflinching: A Western - was my first Stuart G. Yates book, but it won't be my last. The story moved at a great pace - the pages seemed couldn't turn fast enough. This is definitely a great read.

This story really shows the true depth that a loving father will take to protect his daughter. His enemies stand no chance against his skills. It almost reminded me of a Western "Rambo" mixed with "Taken". Thoroughly enjoyable as a novel and as a Western novel. Completely entertaining and highly recommended for a read!
